We draft, review and negotiate supply, distribution, service and cooperation agreements. Terms that carry risk are explained clause by clause, and open points are listed before signing.

We advise employers on employment contracts, working time, notice periods and terminations. We act for them in negotiations and, where needed, before the labour courts.

Corporate & succession
We advise on shareholder agreements, changes of ownership and the handover of a company. Each step is set down in writing, so owners, family and advisers work from the same text.

We review the facts, the documents and the deadlines, and ask what we still need to know. The result is a written summary of where the matter stands.

We set out the options, the risks of each and our recommendation. You receive them in writing and decide how to proceed.

We act for you in negotiations and, where required, before courts and authorities, on the position agreed with you. You receive a written account after each important step.
